Thank you for choosing Just For You Salon and Day Spa. Our team of train specialists are honored that you have chosen JFY as your salon and spa destination. Our ultimate goal is to exceed all your expectations and truly make each visit here and experience just for you!

Scheduling an Appointment

With all salon and spa service bookings, every effort will be made to honor your request to specific team members. However, we cannot guarantee availability in that regard. Due to the length of some salon spa packages, advance booking is important. Multiple salon/spa appointments will require a credit card number at the time of booking.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, JFY asks that you be courteous and give 48-hour cancellation notice for any service.

For cancellations of multiple services or packages, fees will be as follows:

  • 75% of package/service fee for failure to show
  • 50% of package/service for less than 48-hour notice
  • No fee if 72 or more hours notice

If for any reason JFY needs to reschedule or cancel the appointment, as much in advance notice as possible will be given.

Arrival at the Salon and Day Spa

In order to fully enjoy our facility, we ask that you to arrive 15 minutes early prior to Salon Services in 30 minutes early prior to spa services. This will allow you Time to enjoy JFY’ s relaxing amenities. Please note that a late comer will incur the full fee and it may limit our ability to offer the full Salon/Spa experience possible.

Personal Comfort Level

Your comfort level is important for relaxation. Our professional staff uses draping techniques to assure comfort, warmth and privacy. Please feel free to bring a swimsuit or undergarments to wear for spa treatments. JFY provides robes, gowns and sandals for your use in the spa. Lockers are provided in the spa for storage of your personal items. Please leave all valuable items at home. JFY is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Security

Please do not bring valuables with you we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Age Requirement / Children

Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatment without the approval or accompanied by an adult.

Because of our utmost respect for your comfort/safety, as well as that of others, we ask that you please refrain from bringing along children, unless they are receiving services.

Peaceful Environment

We ask that you please turn off cell phones while visiting JFY. We also ask that voices be kept low while moving around in the spa treatment rooms, so that everyone can enjoy the peace, quiet and relaxation of the spa.

Confidentiality / Privacy

We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist or  therapist remain confidential as well as your health history forms. 

Clients list and email lists are confidential. 

Health Issues

We ask that you please advise us of any illness, injury or changes to your health status prior to any  services to ensure our treatments do not in any way interfere with any medical issues you may have. All health information is confidential.

Spa Attire

Robes and sandals are provided. We have lockers for you to store your personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables with you we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Refund Policy

All Service sales and gift card sales are final. 

Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original package and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.  

Refunds will be issued in store credit only. Store credit must be used the same day as the return
