Thank you for choosing Just For You Salon and Day Spa. Our team of trained specialists is honored that you’ve chosen JFY as your salon and spa destination. Our ultimate goal is to exceed your expectations and make every visit an experience just for you.
Scheduling an Appointment
We will make every effort to accommodate your request for specific team members, but availability is not guaranteed. Advance booking is recommended for longer salon and spa packages. All new clients, and all guests booking multiple services, are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure their appointment.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We completely understand that life happens and schedules can change! Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment so we can offer that time to another guest. To help keep everything running smoothly, a credit card is required on file when booking new appointments.
Appointment Courtesy & Fees

- Single services: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Fee for no-shows or cancellations (<24 hours’ notice): 50% of the scheduled service(s).
- Packages or multiple services: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Fee for no-shows or cancellations (<48 hours’ notice): 75% of the scheduled service(s).
- Single services: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

- Fees may be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If we are able to fill your spot, we’ll gladly waive the fee.
- If JFY needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll provide as much advance notice as possible.

Arrival
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for salon services and 30 minutes early for spa services. This allows time to check in and enjoy our relaxing amenities. Late arrivals may result in shortened services with the full fee still applied.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule depending on availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate within the remaining appointment time.
Minors, Children and Pets

Minors (under 18) must have a parent/guardian present and provide a signed waiver.

Kids with a scheduled “Kids Cut (9 & under)” are welcome. For all other services, if your appointment exceeds 30 minutes, please arrange for child-care.

No pets allowed for safety and comfort of all guests (service animals are exempt).

JFY is not liable for injury to unattended minors. Staff is encouraged to enforce this policy.
We do not recommend color services for anyone under 12. Ages 12–17 must have adult consent (in-person or virtual) for any color service.
Your Comfort & Safety
We provide robes, gowns, and sandals for spa use. Lockers are available for personal belongings, but please leave valuables at home — JFY is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Professional draping techniques are used during spa treatments for privacy and warmth. Swimsuits or undergarments may be worn if preferred.
Health & Confidentiality
Inform your service provider of any changes to your health, illness, injury, or other concerns prior to any treatment. This ensures your safety and allows us to tailor your service. Health and client information is always kept confidential.
Peaceful Environment
To help all guests enjoy a relaxing atmosphere:

Refund Policy

All service and gift card sales are final.

Retail products may be returned within 14 days, unused, in original packaging, with a receipt.

Refunds will be issued as store credit only and must be used the same day as the return.

We proudly offer: Dermalogica Skin Care, Jane Iredale Makeup, Merben, and Nulastin.
Other Guest Services
Gift cards, service packages, and phone orders are available. Food, wine, and flowers can be arranged upon request.
Price & Gratuity Policy
Service prices do not include gratuity. We are continually updating and expanding our menu; pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
